At the Hunters Run Country Club Property in Boynton Beach, the owner’s association is under fire for an employee demanding that a child who was wearing swim diapers be removed from the main pool. Going on to state that these are restricted to the small child pool area.

Well, the family isn’t having that.

They have filed a discrimination lawsuit against the owner’s association. The David Yeager et al. v. Hunters Run Property Owners Association, was filed in the county court of the 15th Judicial Circuit in Palm Beach County on Dec. 1.
