The founders of Condofax have over 100 years of combined experience in nationwide condominium underwriting, real estate, and mortgage lending. We’ve looked into tens of thousands of condominium associations across the country and have discovered just how bad the financials and management are of these unregulated entities. Buyers until now have had no opportunity or report to investigate the labyrinth of financials, reserves, insurance, litigation, minutes, or compliance with state condominium laws.
